Every Zellumira product is made with care and tested for quality. If you ever receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge.

We’re so sorry if your order arrived less than perfect. Please send a photo of the damaged packaging or item to hello@zellumira.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Mistakes happen, but we’ll fix it right away. Just send your order number and a quick photo of the item you received to hello@zellumira.com, and our support team will ship the correct one ASAP.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account—no commitments and no hassle. Simply log into your account, go to My Subscriptions, and choose whether you’d like to pause or cancel. Once canceled, you won’t be charged again, and any orders already processed will still be delivered.
